SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?
All pieces are made by hand, and most pieces are made once you order. I am usually able to make and ship pieces within 1-3 business days. If your order is time sensitive, contact me at Melissa@meljoycreations.com to ensure it can be made in the time frame you need.

How will my order ship?
All jewelry is gift boxed and ready to give at no additional cost!
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, your choice of Standard First Class (average 3 -10 days delivery) or Priority Mail (average 2 -5 days delivery). Orders are shipped from Michigan, Monday through Friday, to the address provided in the payment details.
**Please verify the shipping address is correct when ordering.**

IMPORTANT! DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC THERE HAS BEEN AN INCREASE IN POSTAL DELIVERY DELAYS NATIONWIDE.

~ If you feel the package is taking longer than normal, please check your invoice to track the status of the order, as it will provide you with a shipment tracking number.
~ If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, you can send us a message (email melissa@meljoycreations.com) so that we can assist in expediting. It is also recommended you contact your local post office with the tracking number, as they are in direct communication with sorting facilities and can sometimes get a faster response.
~ If after 30 days of the original ship date the Postal Service has not delivered your package and you did not request a replacement, a refund will be issued for you.

Do you accept returns?
~ Items must be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the order.
~ The customer must contact us prior to returning the item – email Melissa@meljoycreations.com.
~ Refunds are given on the purchase price only and are subject to a 20% restock fee.
~ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
~ It is advised to ship using delivery confirmation. Seller is not responsible for lost items.
~ Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized orders because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
