How do I measure my bracelet size?
Wrap a measuring tape around the wristbone lightly. Add one of the following sizes listed below to your measurement to determine the bracelet size you’ll need.
Add 1/2 inch for all wrist sizes 5 inches and under.
Add 3/4 inch for all wrist sizes 5.25 – 6.0 inches.
Add 1 inch for all wrist sizes 6.25 inches and up.
How is your jewelry produced?
All jewelry is handmade in my Michigan based studio by me. I only use high quality crystals, pearls, beads and metals in my jewelry creations. All metals are lead free and nickel free and safe for sensitive skin.
Do you offer handstamped or engraving options?
Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to offer these services.
How do I enter my coupon code?
When you go to your cart you’ll have the option to enter the coupon code. You will see a box labeled “COUPON CODE”. Enter the code in that box and then then click the “APPLY COUPON” button. Once applied, you will see your new total order value.
What payment information do you collect?
All transactions are SSL secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored within my website system.
How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?
All pieces are made by hand, and most pieces are made once you order. I am usually able to make and ship pieces within 1-3 business days.
If your order is time sensitive, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure it can be made within the time frame you need.
How will my order ship?
All jewelry is gift boxed and ready to give at no additional cost. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, your choice of Standard First Class (average 2 -10 days delivery) or Priority Mail (average 2 – 4 days delivery). Orders are shipped from Michigan, Monday through Friday, to the address provided in the order details.

**I am not able to control delays due to the Postal Service, but will do everything I can to assist in expediting.
If you feel the package is taking longer than normal, please email me at email@example.com so that I can assist in tracking and/or setting up a replacement order.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as I have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number and access to the USPS tracking information.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Keeping customers happy is very important to me. I will work with you to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. Refunds are normally given if item is returned in unused condition within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Refunds are given on the purchase price only and subject to a 20% restock fee. It is the buyers responsibility to pay return shipping. It is advised to ship using delivery confirmation. MelJoy Creations is not responsible for lost items.
What should I do if I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item?
